Garlic chives can be eaten as regular chives with an added garlic flavour in any dish. Try them in stir-fry, a roast, or with eggs; they can even be added in soups.
Additionally, these chives are grown in Chinese Medicine and the white flowers are know as Gow Choy.
We harvest the chives while in flower to incorporate the mild garlic flavour in the chives and also any medicinal benefits of the flowers.
