Herbal Teas

Here are some teas we have put together for you, based on the tastes and herbal actions of each herb.
However, we are a small scale producer and
would love to make any mix you can think of.
Be creative and get in contact with us!
All herbs in our teas and in any mixes we make are grown on our farm.

How to infuse your herbal tea:

Count 1 tablespoon per cup, or 10g per 1L of tea and steep it for 5min in 85°C water.

Paradise Mint Herbal Infusion

Peppermint, Korean Mint, Spearmint

If you like mint tea, get ready for this fabulous twist. Korean Mint, with its slight anise flavor, combines perfectly with this blend of Peppermint and Spearmint.
This mix is of whole leaf mint and the bag is so full we have difficulty closing it – so take daily after a meal to help with digestion or before bed.

Sleeping Dragon Herbal Infusion

Chamomile, Sage, Yarrow, Lavender

A calming, smooth tea to enjoy before bed. The Lavender is soothing and the Chamomile calms the body and mind. Yarrow is known to reduce fevers and Sage aids in digestion.

Happy Life Herbal Infusion

Peppermint, Anise hyssop, Lemon Balm, Calendula, Violet

Helping with digestion and rich in antioxidants, this flavourful and colourful tea is sure to add some happiness to your life!

Fruitful Life Herbal Infusion

Dried apple, Menthol mint, Elderflower

This sweet and tasty infusion is easy to enjoy any time of the day and even chilled on a hot day.
Menthol mint is said to aid in digestion and elder flower is said to help with colds and sweating out a fever, however, we (and everyone working on our farm) enjoy the taste of this infusion so much we don’t need to look much into its benefits!

Thank you to our WWOOFers and family for helping brainstorm names and photograph herbal mixes, especially Benjamin Kanis for his photography skills and Kaden Steffen for helping us come up with several names for our herbal infusions!
